Occupied Staging Process:

  • Give me a call or fill out a consultation contact form

  • I’ll come by for an in-person consultation M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and we’ll discuss how to best market your home - optional follow-up checklist

  • Homeowners will declutter, depersonalize, store and/or rearrange recommended furnishings and decor in preparation for staging day — professional organizing help

  • Handymen, painters, professional cleaners and all other contractors’ work to be completed before staging

  • Ensure we have access to your home - access details and/or key provided, pathways clear and unobstructed, elevator and loading dock reserved, parking instructions, etc.

  • Staging day - homeowners and pets are out of the home during staging delivery, install & set up

  • Destaging - we’ll pack up and remove the rented staging items


Vacant Staging Process:

  • We’ll coordinate a time for me to see the home in-person M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and strategically decide which areas to stage

  • Handymen, painters, professional cleaners and all other contractors’ work completed before staging

  • Ensure we have access to your home - access details and/or key provided, pathways clear and unobstructed, elevator and loading dock reserved, parking instructions, etc.

  • Staging Day - delivery & set up

  • Destaging - removal of staging
