I am extraordinarily pleased with the quality and service Danesha contributed to my property sale, work with her was undoubtedly the most effortless part of the last 6 months! Her thoughtful staging gave the property two additional features which ended up being incredibly important to the buyer, 1) it created a visual definition for a combined dining\living\bar\kitchen, and 2) the furniture and accents used offered a contemporary appeal to the high-end condo consumer. Initially, I made the mistake of not understanding the value of staging and instead assumed that an empty space gave potential buyers the freedom to be creative, big mistake!
